Yesterday I took Blair for her first haircut. It was really a trim, actually. Blair was so excited. As soon as we drove up, she wanted to see Miss Missy and “go get my hair trimmed.”
I’m so proud of her; she did so well. I have found that if I explain things to Blair, she is very receptive. No complaints or crying except she wanted “that back off” –- the cape.
Some before pictures:
She’s so proud to be a big girl!

“It’s a gar-ret!” (barrette)
I wish she would let me put her hair up; she looks so cute!
I love this picture for some reason.
She got a “Great Job!” certificate.
Before and after – just a bit more even in back! So not too much of a “new do"!
And mommy got one for the book!

Love these pictures -- especially the up close one with her hair up in the "gar-rets." What a little beauty!
