Spring Favorite

I consider fall to be my favorite season most of the time, but when spring comes around each year and the trees start blooming, I really love it... until every thing is painted yellow! The pollen has been particularly bad this year because it's been a while since we had a good rain. The beauty of some of the agriculture almost makes up for the pollen. These are a few of my favorite pictures I took on my drive to school one day.

One of my very favorite parts of spring is seeing the blooming peach trees as I drive here and there around here. The orchards are everywhere, and they are so beautiful. You have to enjoy them while they last, because they are in full bloom for only a short time!

What do you love about spring?

At our new house, there is a tree in the backyard that we've been trying to identify. There are pits - appear to be peach pits - beneath the tree from previous seasons, but the blooms are big and white. We moved in during the fall, so it was bare. We thought it was a peach tree, but we are kind of still in a wait and see stage... any ideas?

i looove spring because I can ride my horses and not freeze or sweat! :) well, i did sweat today. I wish it wouldn't have skipped spring weather and went to summer weather so quickly!
But I love tulips :)

Jen, It could be some kind of Plum tree..? I don't know about 'big' blooms being on a plum tree but it's a guess!
