Three to Forever

Today is Bradford's and my third anniversary! I cannot believe we've been together for five years. It does not seem like it has been that long at all! (I guess that's good, right?) During the three years of our marriage, we have had many fun and happy times, and we have grown so much together through some really tough times too! We have learned so much about ourselves -- well, I guess I should speak for myself. I have learned so much about myself (I'm sure Brad would also say the very same thing about both of us!). Through all that we've experienced (so far), God has given us many tools with which to build our marriage so that we can continue to love and enjoy each other, grow together, and hopefully be good parents.

Brad worries that I don't like Smalltown, South Georgia, but I could not imagine myself anywhere else. Personally, I think Brad's quite a catch, and I'm so thankful that I have him! From the day we met (almost a year before our first date), I felt a connection to him. We just clicked from the very beginning. Brad is the sweetest, most caring and thoughtful man. When I was a coaching cheerleading and working late during basketball season, several times he drove almost an hour to bring me supper from Cracker Barrel only to turn around and go right back to work on the cotton picker. I loved him from the very beginning, and my love for him continues to grow in new ways, like when I see him with Blair. Brad is such a wonderful daddy, and that baby knows it -- she loves him to pieces!

I look forward to many more years of "growing up" together as husband and wife. God has blessed us, and I pray that he will continue to do so.

In honor of our weekend I might post some more pictures of our beautiful wedding and fantastic honeymoon. We wish we were going to Africa tomorrow again!
