Chicken Parmesan

I've always wondered why it's called Chicken Parmesan when it has mostly mozzarella cheese. Brad and I both love the dish no matter what it's called!

I make this Chicken Parmesan as an easy backup meal when I don't feel like really fixing
something. I keep everything on hand and use it in an "emergency" supper situation! Our favorite chicken to use is the Fast Classics Chicken Fried Chicken. (I don't use the gravy.) If I don't have those, I use whatever other chicken I have (other patties or tenders).

Chicken Parmesan

2 frozen chicken breast patties
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 jar of marinara sauce

cooked spaghetti noodles

Heat chicken breast patties according to package instructions. On a microwave safe plate, put desired amount of spaghetti noodles and place one piece of heated chicken on top. Top with desired amount of marinara sauce. Place two slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the marinara. Heat in the microwave for 1 - 2 minutes or until cheese is melted (you may want to cover the plate with a paper towel).

I took a picture this time, but it is terrible! I'm no food stylist or food photographer; that's for sure!
